2009 Challenge, Day 184: MACRO/CLOSE-UP
Today is Friday, July 3, 2009. Today’s theme for the 2009 Challenge is MACRO/CLOSE-UP.

Shooting everyday objects close-up can reveal a whole new world. Today, see what you can find in a macro or close-up shot. If you have a point-and-shoot camera, it probably has a macro mode that you can turn on. If you shoot with an SLR, you can either use a macro lens, or you can take a lens and flip it around to get a “poor man’s macro” lens. This is a great theme for experimenting, so get out there and have some fun!

Once you’re ready to submit your work to Flickr, you’ve got to do two important things. First, make sure you tag your photos correctly; “2009challenge″ and “2009challenge184“. Also, if you haven’t already, join the PhotoChallenge group on Flickr. Then, submit each day’s photo to the group’s pool.
